Our Marina
Welcome to Islands Marine Center, a full-service marina located on Fisherman Bay in Lopez Island, Washington. Situated on the north shore of the bay, Islands Marine Center is one of the most established and trusted marinas in the San Juan Islands, serving both local boaters and visiting vessels cruising the Pacific Northwest. As the first marina visible when entering Fisherman Bay, we offer easy access, protected moorage, and a convenient location near Lopez Village.
Our marina provides a calm and sheltered setting with modern docks designed to accommodate a wide range of vessels, from sailboats to powerboats. Islands Marine Center offers both transient and long-term moorage with dockside water and 30-amp power connections. We are also home to the only pump-out station in Fisherman Bay, making us an essential stop for cruising boaters. Additional amenities include restrooms, coin-operated showers, garbage and recycling services, and reliable VHF communication on Channel 69.
Marina Layout
Islands Marine Center is more than just a place to dock — it is a complete marine service facility supporting boat owners year-round. Our experienced team provides marine repairs, maintenance, rigging, and electronics support, along with seasonal services such as shrink-wrapping and dry storage. We also operate an on-site NAPA Auto Parts store, offering marine and automotive parts with special ordering available to ensure you have what you need while on the water.
Guest moorage is available for visiting vessels up to 100 feet, with convenient walking access to Lopez Village shops, restaurants, groceries, and local services. Boaters entering Fisherman Bay should be mindful of tides, as the bay entrance has approximately five feet of water at zero tide. Our central location makes Islands Marine Center an ideal base for exploring nearby San Juan Island cruising routes, protected anchorages, and the natural beauty of the San Juan Islands.
