Moorage Rates at Islands Marine Center – Lopez Island, San Juan Islands
At Islands Marine Center, we offer transparent and competitively‑priced moorage rates for visiting boaters and long‑term slip holders, effective January 1, 2025. Whether you’re cruising the San Juan Islands for a day, a week, a month, or longer, our marina provides flexible options to meet your needs. For daily moorage, summer rates from May through September start at $2.00 per foot per day, with incremental pricing if you plan to stay multiple days. In the winter season (October through April), daily moorage begins at $1.50 per foot, offering great value for off‑season visits. Weekly moorage is available at $13.25 per foot, and electricity is offered daily for an additional $10 per day. We also accommodate temporary tie‑ups up to four hours, with rates based on vessel size.
For boaters seeking longer stays, we offer monthly and annual moorage based on dock location and slip size. Monthly moorage pricing varies by location, including lighter fees on the dinghy dock and increases for slips on the breakwater or T‑dock and end ties. Seasonal summer rates for longer moorage reflect peak demand during the busy cruising season. Monthly electricity for moorage slips is also available for boats with non‑metered power for a flat monthly fee. Our varied moorage structure ensures that both visitors and long‑term guests can find rates that fit their boating plans while enjoying all the amenities of our full‑service marina.

Guest moorage is available for visiting vessels up to 100 feet, with convenient walking access to Lopez Village shops, restaurants, groceries, and local services. Boaters entering Fisherman Bay should be mindful of tides, as the bay entrance has approximately five feet of water at zero tide. Our central location makes Islands Marine Center an ideal base for exploring nearby San Juan Island cruising routes, protected anchorages, and the natural beauty of the San Juan Islands.
