Our main apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom, cozy fireplace, TV with Dish service, and a small deck overlooking the water, where you can enjoy morning coffee or evening sunsets. For larger groups or families, an adjoining room with a single and queen bed is available for a nominal additional fee, providing flexibility and extra sleeping space while keeping everyone close together.

From exploring local shops and restaurants in Lopez Village to boating, kayaking, or hiking in the surrounding area, our vacation apartments put you right in the heart of the island experience.
Booking is easy and flexible: we accept major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, and require at least 10 days’ notice for cancellations. Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM, giving you ample time to enjoy your vacation. Apartment A (South) has a sleeping capacity of 4 and rents for $185 per night for single or double occupancy. An additional $10 per person, per night over 10 years of age. It includes a queen bed, a single trundle bed.
Apartment B (Middle) is optional for an additional $60 per night. It includes a queen bed and a single bed. This apartment can only be rented along with apartment A.
